Multi-Phase Renovation Project

This project was executed in multiple phases, each focused on enhancing functionality, accessibility, and overall aesthetic appeal within the facility.

Phase 1 – ADA-Compliant Restroom Upgrade
The first phase centered on transforming the existing bathroom into a fully ADA-compliant space. This included reconfiguring the layout to meet accessibility standards, installing an automated sliding entry door to facilitate easier access for individuals with mobility challenges, and incorporating modern finishes throughout. New fixtures, slip-resistant flooring, and updated lighting contribute to both safety and comfort, while maintaining a clean, contemporary design.

Phase 2 – Entrance & Interior Finishes Enhancement
Phase two introduced several architectural and interior upgrades to improve both usability and visual appeal. An aluminum-framed storefront door was installed to provide a more durable, secure, and aesthetically pleasing entrance. Inside, new custom cabinetry and curved countertop details were fabricated and installed, enhancing both storage and design continuity. Elegant porcelain tile flooring was laid throughout the space. Additionally, new coat closets were added to increase functionality and organization for staff and visitors alike.

Together, these phased improvements reflect a thoughtful and cohesive approach to upgrading the facility—balancing accessibility, design, and user experience.
