Hyatt Office Expansion and Infrastructure Integration

This project focused on expanding and enhancing the existing office space for Hyatt through the strategic addition of private offices and the seamless integration of building systems to support operational efficiency and future growth.

Project Highlights:

• Addition of New Offices: Fully enclosed private offices were constructed, providing additional workspace to support team growth and improve departmental organization. These offices were designed to match the aesthetic and functional standards of the existing workspace.

• Mechanical and Ceiling System Integration: All new construction was seamlessly integrated into the building’s existing infrastructure. This included extensive reworking of the mechanical systems, acoustical ceiling grids, and related utilities to ensure uniform performance and appearance across the new and existing office areas.
