Complete Facility Transformation for Gravylady

TCI Contractors recently completed a comprehensive relocation and full-scale remodel for Gravy Lady in the heart of downtown La Grange. The project was carefully planned and executed to accommodate the restaurant’s continued growth while significantly increasing its operational efficiency and service capabilities.

As part of the renovation, TCI Contractors designed and constructed a brand-new 500-square-foot commercial kitchen tailored specifically to support Gravy Lady’s expanding food service operations. The kitchen features a 16-foot commercial-grade exhaust hood system, professional stainless steel prep and wash sinks, and upgraded infrastructure designed to meet the demands of a high-volume restaurant environment. Every aspect of the build was completed with durability, functionality, and workflow optimization in mind.

The newly remodeled facility was strategically developed to support multiple areas of the business, including the restaurant’s banquet room operations, full-service bar, and growing catering division. The expanded kitchen layout allows staff to efficiently prepare and serve Gravy Lady’s signature Italian cuisine for dine-in guests, private events, and off-site catering functions alike.

In addition to improving day-to-day kitchen operations, the relocation and remodel created a more versatile and scalable environment that positions the restaurant for future growth.
