Phase 1 of the Comprehensive Renovation for Zekelman Industries – Atlas Tube

Phase 1 marks the initial stage of a multi-phase renovation project designed to modernize and optimize the Atlas Tube office facilities under Zekelman Industries. This first phase encompasses significant upgrades across approximately 10,000 square feet of the total 20,000-square-foot office space.

The renovation scope in Phase 1 includes:

• Break Room: Full modernization to improve employee comfort and functionality, incorporating new cabinetry, upgraded appliances, enhanced lighting, and refreshed finishes.

• Conference Room: Renovation to support state-of-the-art collaboration, featuring new audio-visual systems, acoustic treatments, contemporary furnishings, and improved lighting design.

• Training Room: Upgraded to support flexible, technology-enabled learning environments, including smart board integration, modular furniture, and improved acoustics for in-person and virtual training.

• Restrooms: Complete overhaul of restroom facilities with new fixtures, improved accessibility, updated tile and finishes, and energy-efficient plumbing systems.

This phase not only improves critical shared-use areas but also sets the tone for the design language and quality standards to be carried through in subsequent phases. The intent is to create a cohesive, functional, and modern workplace that enhances employee well-being and supports future operational growth.
