Mike Connolly began his journey at TCI Contractors as a skilled carpenter, building his expertise firsthand on the job site. Through dedication and hard work, he rose through the ranks to become Superintendent, where he now oversees all daily on-site activities—ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.
Mike’s leadership and transparent communication skills bring confidence to every crew and client: from orchestrating morning briefings and safety checks to coordinating subcontractors and resource delivery, he keeps operations seamless and productive.
Off the clock, Mike is a proud family man. He and his wife are devoted parents with kids who enjoy family time, outings, and community moments.
