As President of TCI Contractors, Joe Polino Jr. leads the company with a hands-on approach, overseeing every phase of the business—from project development through to final completion. His leadership ensures that each job is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency, upholding the company’s long-standing standards for quality and reliability.
Joe’s passion for construction runs deep. Growing up in the industry, he began working in the field at 18 and has since amassed over two decades of experience as a skilled carpenter and lead superintendent. Joe has developed an in-depth understanding of every aspect of his trade and all other building trades.
Now a proud second-generation owner, Joe is committed to carrying forward his father’s legacy as a trusted, family-owned business. Continuing to maintain TCI’s reputation in the future with the same integrity and dedication.
Outside of work, Joe is a devoted husband and father to three young boys—future builders in the making. He enjoys family camping trips, coaching youth sports, and creating lasting memories that balance his demanding professional life.
